Fresh has been very dedicated with their work. I lived in Highton for almost a year and they have been always responsive and they inspected house very frequently and responsibly. Braeden was always fast resposive to any kind of issue I had while staying there. He also helped me find another house very fast even though it's outside of Geelong.Also Armando did an excellent job at refunding my bond right after the day I moved out. I received pretty solid service from them and I do recommend consulting with Fresh Property for affordable yet nice home with excellent service.

I stayed at Tannin Way, Waurn Ponds, managed by Fresh Property, and honestly their service has been excellent. Whenever there was an issue, they actually fixed it by convincing the owner, instead of making excuses. Great team formed by Braeden and managed by Armando. Spl thanks to Dan, Jack and Sarah. We needed a bigger fridge and they delivered and installed a new one within a week. The washing machine wasn’t working properly, they replaced it. The oven was old and not functioning well, they replaced that too. The team is professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. You don’t feel ignored or pushed around like with many property managers. Overall, a very smooth experience and I’d definitely recommend Fresh Property for anyone looking for reliable property management or even if looking for a new place. Regards, Parth Vaity
