Highly recommend using Fletchers' property management service. They are extremely professional, helpful and proactive! I have found the team, (especially Carmen) very knowledgeable. I can depend on them for advice about every process involved from whats happening in the current rental market, renting out to quality tenants, seeking out quality trades for maintenance quote requests, dealing with problems that arise during tenancy, and re-leasing. Communication has been great at every step. Fletchers have great systems and processes in place, and the team have been awesome to deal with. Very grateful for all of their assistance!

HOMEOWNERS AND TENANTS BEWARE! - We spent years dealing with long delays for issues to be rectified, including to structural integrity of the house (4+ years), broken dishwasher (6+months), water heating, storm damage and electrical faults and it turned out that this information was either not being passed onto the homeowner or was downplayed and delayed. We asked for updates and got told something would be done with no response for months! When the homeowner transferred to another agency, Fletcher's informed the new property manager that the house had no issues, ignoring the list of issues we brought up to the property manager that the homeowner was also not aware of. To top it off, Fletcher's did not bother renewing our lease for a year, with no reason why given. Extremely poor management, good riddance!

We had a great experience with Fletchers in managing our property for a few years and then when we sold it. The team was always responsive and proactive at handling issues and taking care of the tenants. We really enjoyed working with Carmen who managed our property and Jason who was the agent involved in the sale. Communication was good and they made it very easy. As a landlord I want my property to be managed well. It’s my investment for my retirement, so I want someone to care for my property like I would. I found the best property manager in the entire land. When I decided to put my property on the rental market, Katrina happened to be the first person I contacted in Ballarat. Little did we know, Katrina would be the only person I contacted. I was totally satisfied with her that I didn’t bother interviewing anyone else. I instantly gravitated towards Katrina once we began chatting, and I think anyone will find the same; you’ll want Katrina to look after your property. I remember asking Katrina why I should choose her to manage my property and she simply answered “……because I’m firm but fair….” Although this was true, Katrina’s work ethic is way beyond that. She’s always professional at work, a great communicator and I can always ask a question knowing I’ll receive the best advice. I know I’m in great hands. She’s so knowledgeable, and great with the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021, all 207 pages (it’s mind blowing). Katrina responds to requests efficiently, is detail oriented and organized. Great with people and a positive energy. I’ve switched agencies to follow Katrina because I’ve learnt when you find a good property manager, that is a such a pleasure to work with, you stick with them. As much as Katrina is outstandingly good in property management, there’s just one disappointment….she’s unable to look after all my properties throughout Victoria.
