The team at Cooper & Cooper provides excellent service. They are proactive and highly efficient, especially when it comes to maintenance and repairs. They ensure our property is well-maintained and address tenant issues. We trust them completely with our investment.
Professional staff. I rented for six years through Coopers. Staff were always friendly and professional and understood my needs whenever there was an issue with lost keys, increased rent, repairs, etc.

Easy to Deal With. I have no other property managers to compare with. However, during the last 18 months I have found their communication open, prompt, and informative. I find the property managers friendly, helpful and accomodating. There are regular emails, but not so many they are annoying, keeping me informed regarding market opportunities and changes to tenancy laws. With my investment property it has been set and forget, ie, minimal, if any, interupution to day to day life. I'm happy and satisfied to have Cooper and Cooper as my property manager.with no intention of changing in the foreseeable future.
