Ianni & Co. Property T/A MMJ North

Recently ended a tenacy with Ianni & Co which had lasted for 7.5 years. They were easy to work with throughout the tenancy and I have no complaints whatsoever. They made the process of us ending the lease very easy and were very helpful and reasonable throughout that process which I have found in the past not to be the case with some other real estates. Would happily deal with them again in the future.

As a tenant managed by Ianni and Co. for the last two years, I would like to congratulate James and his team for making our tenancy the best one we had in a long time. They are friendly, approachable and always looking for the best outcome to any issues! We had a great experience and we certainly recommend them.

Ianni & Co were the best agents I've ever rented from. Danielle was always a pleasure to speak with. Friendly, personable, proactive and organised. I'd whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager. Thank you for everything Danielle!

We had an amazing experience renting through Ianni & Co. From start to finish, everything about our tenancy was handled smoothly and professionally. The team were always great with communication and responded quickly to any queries we had. Our property manager, Danielle Blackett, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. We would highly recommend renting through the team at Ianni & Co!

We had a great experience renting through Ianni & Co for two years. Danielle was a fantastic property manager - warm, professional, and always easy to communicate with. Very thankful for such a positive experience!

We recently worked with James and his team on the sale of our properties, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, James was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. He provided clear guidance, kept us updated at every stage, and went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and stress-free. Adam and the rest of the team were equally impressive—always responsive, detail-oriented, and supportive throughout. What could have been an overwhelming process felt seamless because of their expertise and genuine care. Thanks to James, Adam and the team, we achieved an excellent result, and we’re truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell with confidence.

I've been a client of Ianni & Co Property (formerly Bevans R/E) for about 9 years. They helped in my initial purchase, renting, and now the sale of this same property. In all aspects, I found James and his staff to display a very professional approach to their jobs, and a high level of Customer Service at all times. I recommend checking with James and his team for any of your real estate concerns.
