Ashley Mitchell is a terrible agent, after speaking with him and making an offer to purchase property, he never gets back to his customers, called multiple times to follow up on the outcome, he refuses to take a call, always hungs up with a message and never calls back, do not deal with him for when you are looking to buy something and most definitely do not EVER list with him

Was a painful and slow process trying to sell our property, wasted our time. There was a lack of communication, customer service, was very hard to get a hold of our agent and had to repeatedly contact her to get any answers. No updates or process for over 3 months so ended up going with another real estate as soon as the exclusive rights ended which has been far better.
