Professionals Geraldton - Real Estate Agents and Property Management

I have had the Professional's Geraldton look after my property for many years and have steadily watched their rental department fall into too disarray. The communication with the tenants and Landlord is shocking to the point I had to deal with the Tennant's direct on many occasions but the most concerning is you have to carefully check your statements as they have no hesitation in deducting charges they are not entitled to, this has happened to me more than once. I no longer use them and the tenants moved out months ago and I am still chasing monies owed even though it has been promised many times by email. The email you receive may not be from the person whose name is on the bottom of the email, my property was undervalued for a long time (by over $100p/w when I questioned) and when I queried why my agent had incorrectly valued it, I was told it wasn't her as all valuations are done by someone else in the office and the various email signatures of each agent just attached. They are an incompetent and frankly dishonest company to deal with. Go elsewhere Matt Linklater
