We engaged this company to manage our property; however, our overall experience with their property management services was disappointing. During the purchase process, an Electrical Safety Certificate was not provided, despite it later being requested. We subsequently discovered that the property contained an asbestos switchboard, which had to be replaced with a compliant circuit breaker board before certification could be obtained. While our assigned property manager made genuine efforts, the team appears to be significantly understaffed, which impacted the level of service delivered. Property inspections and proactive check‑ups were lacking, leaving the property unattended at times and increasing risk for the landlord. Although we understand that challenges can arise with tenants, a professional property management company should be better equipped to anticipate risks and actively protect their clients’ assets. Unfortunately, we did not feel that risk was effectively managed in our case. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this service to other landlords seeking proactive and comprehensive property management.
