B2B interaction with TSM. Our crew received clear instructions from TSM for the turf supply at TSM client 's strata in Moree. The tenants were happy with their new lawn. Good interaction with TSM staff.

Rude staff, absent owner/manager who takes minimalist approach to honesty, work ethic, accountability etc. Phone calls and emails requiring some work from them ignored and/or “lost”, failure to properly account for expenses, lies, bank accounts closed without notice, unethically delayed return of money owed (and only when demanded), unilateral termination of contract without advice to owners or explanation. This is an incomplete list of all the ways this unscrupulous business operates. Avoid them!

Slow to respond, and ridiculous to have to ask to act on "common sense", they also are terrible at selecting plants that aren't going to be maintained in the long run (aka trees).🙄

Lack of disclosure, lack of reasonable response times (happy to charge for follow-ups), and lack of service. After the discovery of overcharging of fees from TSM (that was kindly removed), upon questioning other fees they could not be specific in nature - a 'general thing'. These fees for our complex amount to thousands of dollars, and is a 'general thing' - the question is the reasonable internal process? Be aware TSM 'standard reasonable time frame is 2 months', but more than happy to charge fees to the strata complex for follow-up phone calls and emails after 10-15 days periods of communication (no receipt of email). In instances you receive in response it is in our Agency Agreement, but the fact here is that Agency Agreement is only given out upon request and two TSM get signed at the AGM's 3 months prior to expiry. What I witnessed at my AGM meeting was Gaye (owner of TSM) putting it in front of two individuals who signed on behalf of the complex who didn't read it (locked in for another three years). TSM a number of occasions in recent times will be quick to say they are short-staffed. Interesting response...Lack of ownership from TSM from the below response, and wide berth from now on.

Moved into my unit August last year, these guys have been very helpful and responsive with the renovations.
