Had been in the Rental for roughly 6 years, when offered the house she declined letting us inspect (not wise I know I was homesless with a 6 months old after transitional property expired so I took whatever I could) received termination notice for rent arrears and damages, I have proof of the domestic violence damages plus event numbers and I removed the offenders name off the lease. rent arrears claim was dismissed at tribunal, after tribunal was ADJOURNED the real estate illegally evicted us by deliberately removing a piece of pipe from my tap restricting water flow completely for me and my 3 kids, we have been staying with family for the past 4 months since this occurred i have a support letter stating im at risk or homelessness and dv, at tribunal in a consultation room where we were suppose to try resolve things, I had mentioned our neighbor who had been racist on many occasions (not directed to me) but complains to myself and others about “coons” creeping around his house which no one had ever witnessed, his comments made us all in the street uncomfortable. Meridee asked me how that would effect me because she wouldn’t pick me to be aboriginal… when pulled up for racial stereotyping she replied “racist ptfff” then laughed sarcastically, when we moved in the walls were brown, rodents were present, had plumbers out in the first week to remove debris out of the pipes, carpets had not been cleaned, ceiling leaks and when we called about the leaks bill Watson advised us to hammer a screw into where the leaks coming from and we never heard anything back regarding having that repaired (4 years ago), a towel hung in the laundry as a curtain, repair guy left out dated mesh wire covering all over the loungroom floor once finished taping together corded ceiling fan wiring and called it a day😳 I guess I can’t expect much when the handy man you hire is one of your tenants from bent street units…. The place had cigarette burns absolutely everywhere throughout the carpet in the whole house and excessive amounts of cords coming out of inlets (not ideal for crawling babies), when I emailed Meridee to ask for a rent water ledger she sent it to me and stated in the email that she had cancelled an invoice of $1000, the tenancy advocacy team could not find anything in there for that amount, have photos of everything, thanks for making peoples lives a little more harder

Being in customer service, I speak to many customers every single day and I can't bring my head around how I was spoken to this morning by the property manager who sounded so annoyed and dismissive. Worst, when I spoke to the owner she told me that she was sitting next to the property manager and heard everything, and did not see anything wrong. Although she was composed and very calm, unlike her property manager, in a very subtle way she put the blame on me. I just wished I read the reviews before and the owner's response and get an insight on how professionalism would be lacking. Please!! As an owner, I do have the right to have a preference. And don't keep throwing " you rejected one great tenant and we had to put her somewhere else" to my face. One more bad experience or conversation like this, we are moving. This real estate agent always feels the need to air someone's dirty laundry to justify their behaviour- all negative reviews have a belittling response. I am as brown as it gets and I can't be racist towards brown people. I am just realistic. Again I rejected only one application. Stop lying. But yes, I requested not to allow 20 people to live in one house as it's happening here in Sydney and to justify rudeness and unprofessionalism it becomes more believable to call me racist without even checking my name and skin colour, easy now with insta, fb. I should be calling the real estate agent a racist instead because they were very quick to specify which races they never rent out to. Sheer ignorance and very condescending

Absolutely lovely people to deal with. I was in a very bad situation needing a rental urgently for me and my baby, they did such an amazing job I would definitely Highly recommend them.

I entrusted my investment property to the Professionals three years ago and must say that I'd be hard pressed to find a more competent and professional Property manager than Erin Watson and the rest of the team at the Professionals. Over 400 for them houses you have to be jokeing thats area is not worth that house and land and house only go for 200k at most.
