One Agency Launceston

Just a wonderful experience with no worries at all!! We were more than happy with the price and ease of working with dean!

Dean is an outstanding agent who truly goes above and beyond. Professional, reliable, and achieved a great result. Highly recommend! Jenna Wrigley

Dean, was absolutely amazing, as he was very responsive to my queries, arranged viewings before, during and after the build was completed. Dean kept me updated on all aspects of the build and purchase. He made the whole buying progress such an ease. I would recommend Dean and One Agency 100%. Thank you Dean, awesome work 😊

Avoid this agency at any cost! I rented my investment property for the first time through One agency and I must say it was the most stressful and unpleasant experience I have had thus far. When the house was up for rent there were plenty of applicants but I was given an application for a couple who came out of nowhere. When I asked to see the application I was told that’s not how it works so I went along with it. These tenants had a cat without our knowledge or approval but the agent knew about it apparently. The agent disclosed to the tenants things we told them in confidence. The tenants had left so much damage to my property I ended up having to terminate the contract as well as change an agency. Luckily I pursued this through legal avenues and got the damages repaid using the bond. It has been three years since I changed agents and I haven’t had a single issue from my current tenants or agent.

Jasmine, Ashlie and all the team at One Agency Launceston have been friendly, honest and professional in all our interractions with them. As new investment home owners Katrina and I relied entirely on their experience and knowledge, and could not have been happier with the way in which all situations large and small were managed. Communication was always timely, polite and considerate and we were made to feel valued. Any work that the property needed was managed in a highly professional way that respected our need for information as well as our tenants right to privacy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend consulting with One Agency Launceston to anyone considering any kind of move in the Launceston region real estate market.

Have to update my review. The wheels have fallen off in the past 8 months. 2 property managers have left. At the end of tenancy i'm left with costs that should have been recovered from the tenants. Also garden and fire service agreements were not terminated at the end of the term meaning i incurred these costs as well. previous review in early 2021 Naaman was great. He was responsive and knew the market rate that we could achieve with our first investment property in Launceston. Very quick and efficient - i didnt have to chase him up for anything. It's early days but so far very happy.

This was my first experience at renting out a property and Naaman has been amazing. He has been a great communicator and took time to explain how the process works and answer all of my questions. He understood what I was I was looking for and has helped achieve this. We are only just starting out on our property management journey but I would highly recommend Naaman to anyone.
