Josh Hart - McGrath Estate Agents Launceston

We had Josh and Nav represent us with the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. The video of our house was amazing adding dollars to the sale price. Josh and Nav were always close at hand if we had any questions and were very supportive through the whole process. We can confidently recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I never get a chance to talk to the main listing agent, Josh. Brad did get back to me but provided very little information. I made an unconditional offer towards the high end of the quotation range. Unfortunately neither had the courtesy to reply my messages nor returned my phone calls, and only called after I contacted the agency partner. The level of communication should really improve to be worthy of the reputation you already have.

Josh is an extremely professional agent who well and truly knows his stuff. His communication skills are second to none. He did an excellent job and we could not have asked for more. Our property was on the market for two weeks and sold. If you want an agent who is at your service and you want to sell your property stress free, then contact Josh.

Amazing! Josh is a very enthusiastic, motivated & easy to talk to young man who above all works for the vendor. He has an excellent knowledge of the industry. He & his talented team did a first class job of videoing & presenting our home. The feedback he provided was prompt & regular. We highly recommend Josh Hart & his team to anyone selling their property. Our grateful thanks to Josh.

Josh and Brad were incredible from the appraisal to settlement date. We had plenty of real estate agents in Launceston come and do appraisals. Josh just had so much passion and drive to sell our house. The result speaks for itself. Josh and Brad sold our house in 4 days! We were very pleased with their constant communication, tailored service and friendly nature. We would use them again in a heartbeat! If you want amazing and timely results then they're the agents you want! Thanks again Josh and Brad!

Josh, Brad and the team did a wonderful job selling our place. Their thorough market knowledge persuaded us to do a couple of things which we hadn't thought of, or were initially reluctant to do. They were right. Our place sold in 5 days. Their marketing strategy was so good it caught the eye of the TV show "Selling Homes Australia", on which our property was used as an example of how to present and market for sale. Our whole process was quick, painless and almost enjoyable (at least it was stress free). Thoroughly and completely recommended.

We purchased a property through Josh and his team and couldn't be more impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and overall customer experience. Josh listened to our requirements and found us a property which we were very impressed with. Buying or selling you really can't go wrong with Josh, Brad and their team!
