I honestly can’t recommend Rachael De Vere highly enough. We feel incredibly lucky to have her as our property manager. Rachael has always gone above and beyond for us, whether it’s been organising repairs and maintenance, keeping us informed through changes with the property, or more recently navigating a change of ownership. She has always advocated for us and made sure we feel heard and supported throughout the process. What I appreciate most is how genuinely kind and respectful she is. She treats us like actual people, not just tenants, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. She communicates so well, is always approachable and has made dealing with the not so fun parts of renting so much easier!! If you are considering selling a home in Launceston, I could not recommend Ananda and the team at Key2Property more highly. I have had rental properties for over 30 years & Key2 have to categorically be one of the worst Managing Agents I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour, save a big headache & go elsewhere!!! Re your response, please don’t try & pretend your innocence. Firstly you persuaded me to add a clause to the tenancy agreement that was never going to enforceable, then you failed to monitor & ensure it was correctly managed & then you deliberately mislead the outgoing tenant & myself to try & manipulate the situation for the easiest solution to suit yourselves. Disgraceful & misleading behaviour, I’m calling it out so hopefully others will be warned!
