I have just finalised a 6-month tenancy with Century 21 Toowoomba and cannot speak highly enough of the team. In particular, my Property Manager Tiffany Bowkett made the experience seamless and stress free from the very start. Clear, open communication from application phase forward and vacate was a breeze. Any issues with the property during the tenancy were resolved quickly and without hassle. Having dealt with many agencies in Toowoomba (and briefly working in the industry), Tiffany is easily the most efficient Property Manager I have come across/worked with. Property Managers are known to have incredibly high work loads so stand out quality for me was her fast response time and how easily contactable she was. Even if she wasn't able to answer a question in the moment, she would keep communication open and prompt until she had the answer.
