For the second time in two years the agent, (who just sold one of my investment properties) used her expert knowledge of the current market, outstanding communication skills and personalised approach to achieve a settlement way above what I had expected, by more than 20%. I was preparing to travel overseas, the tenants exit was delayed and I became ill. The agent showed genuine care and support managing all the details of the property presentation and together with the conveyancer settled the property while I was still away. I can't recommend her too highly.

Sold!!!!!! We are thrilled with the result Rhys and the Belle Palm Beach team achieved for our home at Burleigh Heads.
