Over and Above. We are based in NSW and we looking to sell a rental property in QLD. The engagement with Nathan started from an enquiry. Nathan committed to spend some time without a formal engagement to review the status of our property and its readiness for sale. Having done that we felt confident in his ability and that he was going to work proactively with us. With a handful of buyers on his list actively looking for properties like ours, we were able to sell off market in 2 days, saving us money and causing the least impact on the tenants. Nathan actively worked with the buyer's agent to ensure all queries related to pest and building were addressed and didn't affect the contract timeline. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. We achieved a quick sale at a reduced cost and with us never having to attend the property.

Expressing my experience today! and my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage regarding the actions of Jordan, who I was told is the principal of this real estate agency. This individual illegally entered my apartment without my permission, accompanied by an unknown photographer/s who knows who until police retrieve security footage, during the sensitive period of my move with my small children. Despite my explicit instructions and documented text messages denying entry, Jordan trespassed on my property and rifled through my personal belongings, which were staged throughout the house in preparation for the move taking matresses out on to my balcony, underwear in my wardrobe was photographed also! This blatant violation of my rights as a tenant and a mother is not only unprofessional but also deeply disturbing. Jordan's behavior was arrogant and confrontational. Instead of collaborating with me, he forced entry into my home,disregarding my explicit refusal and no formal written noticeand agreed time with the tenant. His actions have forced me to file a police report and RTA report question the integrity of this entire real estate group. Having worked in real estate myself for a considerable time, I am appalled by Jordan's conduct. His actions are immoral and warrant immediate disciplinary action. I urge a thorough investigation into this matter and demand that Jordan's principal license be revoked immediately violating women and children. This type of behavior has no place in the real estate industry.
