Steve Allen was wonderful to deal with. Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, energetic, realistic, and also put skin in the game rather than just being a passive door opener and question answerer. I would highly recommend him in particular.

Lost in Mooloolaba, parked in front of Ray White, went in for help. Met two delightful young ladies with typical sunny QLD smiles. They took me under their wing, found where I needed to go and printed a map for me. Next thing I pulled into the hotel I was trying to find. Thanks ladies, a great welcome to the Sunshine Coast.

Jacob didn’t just sell a place - he navigated a 3-way buy-in between me and my 2 parents who hadn’t spoken to eachother in years. On top of that I had no current address, so he handled a mountain of paperwork and roadblocks. Then months after settlement, at 6:30am, he showed up and physically helped me carry the previous owner’s couches and furniture down 3 flights of stairs.
