Sunshine Coast Property Rentals

Would give zero stars. Very rude and dismissive staff. Couldn't care less that they are playing with people's lives when they take too long to approve rental applications. I was approved but by the time it took them (almost a month) I had already had to move much further away because my current lease had ended (the owners had moved in) which would have left me homeless whilst I waited to be approved for the new rental I know the staff couldn't care less about renters personally, but it's just not right that they treat vulnerable people this way when we are desperate to secure a roof over our heads. It leaves us in a very scary situation and these jokers just don't give a toss. I would never recommend a home owner use this company, as my rental application took almost 4 weeks before it was even presented to the owner, meaning that the owner would miss out on rent as I was ready to move in within 2 weeks of applying and the rental was available in 3 weeks. This agency should have IMMEDIATELY presented my application to the owner for consideration, but they didn't. There needs to be a duty of care for not only the owner, but also more consideration taken for the actual potential tenants, you know, the people who are ACTUALLY paying the agency's fees, because without tenants to pay the rent, the real estate has no paying customers. I'm so tired of these real estate agencies treating renters like dirt. This agency is one of the worst. Pull your socks up Sunshine Coast Property Rentals and get some staff who actually do their job and treat renters with the respect they deserve.

Shelby is absolutely awesome! She has been amazing throughout our current tenancy as well as super helpful and amazing in helping us secure our new rental with SCPR, finding rentals is hard these days and it’s so competitive but it was such a quick and easy process for us this time around thanks to Shelby! She has always been quick to get back to us and quick to fix any issues. I couldn’t recommend SCPR enough!

Sunshine Coast Property Rentals are so accommodating and understanding. They have been amazing at communicating and working alongside us! I could not recommend them enough. Shoutout to Shelby for all of your support and guidance throughout our renting experience.

We have recently moved into a new rental and have had a great experience with SCPR. Our property manager is Calum and he has been exceptional. He is always willing to take a call and responds so emails quickly and efficiently. He has made a stressful situation for us alot easier because he is so well organised.

If there was one property manager I would recommend to anyone, it would be Shelby! From the moment we first moved in to our property she has been exceptional to deal with. She has such a kind and respectful approach to every situation, she never makes us feel like a burden when we have questions and she is so fast to respond with a solution!! We absolutely love having Shelby as our property manager and only hope other people have the experience of dealing with her!

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Shelby through 2 agencies now. We were actually so thrilled to see she was our property manager when we were placed with new agency. Shelby is 100 % professional, thorough and fair for both the Tennant and the Landlord. She has gone out of her way to work around what suits us during difficult times and resolved all issues we have had quickly and effectively. Highly recommend

Shelby is my property Manager at Sunshine Coast Property Rentals and she always goes the extra mile, she's professional, effective and really the reason I stayed with this agency. She's a breath of fresh air in the property market with her friendly and genuine can-do attitude. I will recommend this agency on the basis of Shelby.
