Smart Property Rentals is a great real estate and they really are Understanding to everyone's individual needs.. For example: 2 days before my house inspection due date..I saw Judy out the front reading the water meters and we got talking and she was very understanding and helpful in changing the date of my upcoming house inspection coming up 2 days later, as my Daughter was unwell with a flu and I hadn't been well myself but I was much better but didn't want to put Judy at risk of getting sick from my Daughter and she was very understanding of the situation, flexible in changing house inspection date due to my Daughter being unwell.. she was very caring and compassionate and totally understanding... I felt bad changing the date but then on the other hand I didn't want to put Judy at risk of getting sick either..she was very easy to talk too and very understanding.. Judy is very approachable, and was very accommodating to my needs. Very lovely professional lady.. Judy is thorough and does her job exceptionally well. I'm very happy to be a tenant of Smart Rentals.👍😀🏠
