Sunshine Coast and Country Property

I recently entrusted Chris Ryan with the sale of my rental property in Birtinya, Queensland, while I was living in Ireland, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, Chris made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. His professionalism was evident throughout, and he consistently responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Not only did Chris secure an outstanding price for my property, but he also went above and beyond, ensuring that all necessary maintenance and repairs were handled quickly and efficiently. His proactive approach made all the difference. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to sell property on the Sunshine Coast.

I am pleased to provide a strong recommendation for Ashley Van Woerkom as a Property Manager. Ashley has managed our property in Birtinya for several years, during which time she has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to her role. She communicates clearly and promptly with both property owners and tenants, ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and respectfully. Her in-depth knowledge of Queensland tenancy law has been invaluable, and she applies this expertise with confidence and integrity. Ashley is approachable, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable and capable Property Manager, or to those looking to rent in Buderim and the surrounding areas.

Ashley has been looking after our rental property for the past two years and we have been extremely impressed with her attention to detail, effective communication and no question we had was ever an issue or stress. She made renting our house a breeze and we know that she makes the renters feel comfortable also. We woould not hesitate to recommend Sunshine Coast Town and Country for any property needs.

We have been a tenant with Sunshine Coast and Country property for the last 18 months. Ashley and the team have been awesome property managers to work with and lease off. Thank you again to your incredible team!

Ashley from Sunshine Coast and Country is hands down the BEST rental agent I have ever dealt with!! She has an extremely large rental portfolio with the TMR rentals they oversee alone ( I recently had a rental owned by TMR and managed by Ashley @ SCC) she is amazing to deal with, always extremely pleasant and professional and very reasonable and understanding. ( which you often don’t find with rental agents) She is very responsive and efficient with maintenance requests and issues presented to her. I can’t fault Ashley ( and Kylie) during my entire 3 year tenancy period. Thanks again ladies for your efficiency and all your help throughout my tenancy period with you 😊

Sunshine Coast and Country have managed our property for over 10 years. In that time, we have found Ashley Van Woerkom, Senior Property Manager, to be extremely efficient, courteous, responsible, proactive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Ashley in her position.

Highly recommend Ashley as a property manager at Sunshine c&c - we were first time investors renting out a property and Ashley guided us through the entire process with professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness is commendable as she kept us updated on progress, despite it being a very difficult time for her personally. Thank you Ashley and looking forward to working with you in the years to come
