Square Real Estate

Grace is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to house and land packages and has a deep understanding of the industry from both an owner-occupier and investor perspective. As a mortgage broker, I work alongside many real estate professionals, and there are very few agents I would trust as much as I trust Grace and her team. They genuinely care about achieving the best outcome for their clients and are a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service and support by Grace and her team A+++, trustworthy team, my property is well manage, plus great advices on investment solutions too. Being overseas, I need someone who can be really trusted, hence having Grace and her team managing my property.

Grace is excellent at what she does. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows the market inside out. Highly recommend.

I chose Grace many years ago to manage and rent out my townhouse. It has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Over the years, Grace handled my property with the utmost professionalism and genuine care, ensuring it was always maintained and looked after. Grace is the only real estate agent we have relied on and trusted throughout the entire journey. Her dedication, integrity and consistent support gave us a full peace of mind for tenant selection and property maintenance. Communication was always clear and prompt. Most recently, she assisted us with the sale of my townhouse and achieved a highly favourable price for us. I always felt confident that my property was in the best hand! If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, truly cares and delivers outstanding service, Grace and her team are definitely the first to one go to.

It was a great honour to be leased and looked after by square real estate specifically grace hu and Juliette! They leased us and trusted us with the home even though we were first time tenants which we continued to live in for 3 years straight. I have the upmost respect for the team so much that we are only wanting square real estate for future renting properties. BEWARE FOR FIRST TIME RENTERS: they will most definitely have your standards so high for your next rental !! My fiance and i are Beyond grateful !

As a buyer, Grace was easy to work with and was extremely quick at responding to any questions, and organising an inspection. After buying the property we took on Grace as the property manager until the tenant's lease is up. As a first time landlord Grace provided me with all the info I needed to simplify the process, and has been fantastic at organising inspections with the tenant so that we could measure the property. She is very quick at responding to all my questions, seemingly at any time on any day!

The team is highly professional and reliable, with a deep understanding of the property market and a strong sense of integrity. Their clear communication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every stage of the transaction was handled efficiently and transparently. I was impressed by their honesty and dedication, which built great confidence and trust throughout the journey. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable and professional real estate agency.
