Ipswich Real Estate

As owner of a rental property in the Ipswich area for the last 10 years, I dealt with three separate real estate agents for our property management needs and Olivia and her team at Ipswich have stood out head and shoulders above the others. We had some of the most difficult tenancy issues to work through including a death, and two tennants who were using the property inappropriately, but the regular inspections and interaactions with the tenant and with us meant these were dealt with professionally and quickly - and with empathy for all concerned. I'll be honest I won't miss being a landlord, but equally I will miss dealling with this team. Best of luck Olivia - you and your team deserve it.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this real estate. Melina is an outstanding property manager who treats all with respect and kindness, ensuring that everyone is looked after while also keeping the property in top notch condition. Nic has been an amazing support to me throughout a particularly difficult time. He has gone above beyond his obligations and has looked after me more than I could have ever expected. This team genuinely has your best interests at heart whether buying, selling or renting and I trust them undoubtedly.

Poor communication. This company gas lights and lies. I sent an email and spoke to their staff (to discuss tenancy issues). I had to follow up as I hadn't heard from them in over 2 weeks. The woman from the rental team couldn't remain impartial, and told me they did have an update and I asked her to email me the details. No email 1 week later, on visiting the office (over an hour away from me) I asked that the email be sent again. I received an email today 16 August saying that agency hadn't spoken to the tenant.

Great agent, highly recommended . Mitch was a pleasure to deal with throughout this campaign. He answered all questions we had thoroughly and walked us through the entire process. I had some hesitations but his confidence quickly dissipated all my points of contention. We have 100 percent confidence in his ability as he produced a better than expected outcome. Cheers Mitch. Fantastic experience . I recently had the pleasure of working with Amber and Mitch to purchase an investment property in QLD and I couldn't be more please with the experience. From initial consultation to finally settling the property, the process was seamless and transparent. Amber was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, working with Amber and Mitch was fantastic.

Professional and personable . Thank you to Mitch! What a great experience working with him as he undertook the sale of my property. Mitch made it easy. He was at all times friendly, professional and talked me through strategic options to sell as well as costs associated with the selling process. Well done Mitch! You certainly achieved a price that was above my expectations.
