Would be no stars if that was an option. Have been a tenant with this business for 8 years when I had the rudest most disrespectful encounter with the lady who done my routine inspection. Donna went on to raise her voice at me which upset my dog who is super protective of me. Then went on to demand access to my backyard. I couldn't guarantee her safety so refused her access. When my complaint was put into Samuel stating this lady needs a few lessons with how she speaks & deals with tennants I was told no she doesn't she was within her rights to treat me like that in my own house. I then asked not to deal with said lady in the future to which they made her my property manager & evicted my husband & I on no grounds. They then went on to tell me they can't help me acquire another property & to go to Orana Support for help. Absolutely disgusting behavior from everyone involved. I strongly urge you AVOID this real estates all costs

I recently sold my property with the help of Samuel Shooter and his team and the whole process was smooth, made easy for me and I had lots of communication throughout from his team. I am currently living overseas and SJ Shooter have been managing my property the last few years, after I was disappointed by another local agent. All my experiences with the SJ Shooter team have really impressed me through both the property management and sales processes. From setting up a zoom when I was in Kenya for what works would be required for better rental prospects, to updating us after every sales inspection even when we were still overseas. The price Samuel achieved was in line with the expectations he had suggested, which had surprised me initially as being higher than I was expecting. We even had our first offer fall through but still managed the same price with another buyer. And Samuel was able to help organize a few extra requests from the buyer, as well as suggesting a local lawyer who could help me with the sale as well. I have no hesitation recommending SJ Shooter Real Estate, and I would definitely use them if I was in the market again.

Samuel was suggested to me by a family member who had also sold their house through him. He has excellent local knowledge and buyers insight, which is what I wanted in a real estate agent. His communication was top tier, as was the rest of the teams. They kept me up to date, as I was out of town for the entire selling process. The house was listed for more than I expected and I was nervous initially, but Samuel made it happen and it sold for more than I could have hoped for.
