This was the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Nita was rude, didn't care about us as purchasers and made me wish I had a buying agent. John in Cobar was very pleasant to deal with, that's why a second star was given. It seems like Cobar is just a hassle for Nita. We didn't even get so much as a thank you from her on closing; not one single word. I wouldn't recommend this agency to sell your house from what I have seen from a buyers perspective. Definitely go to Landmark Russell!
