Saltwater Property Management | Sunshine Coast

Melle is the best in the business and I would highly recommend her as a property manager

My wife and I highly recommend Saltwater Property Management. Both Melle and Bec are extremely professional and did a fantastic job managing our rental property. They both understand that your home is a significant assett, therefore carefully choose who enters your home. Our property was left in pristine condition :) Thank you Melle & Bec

I have dealt with many property managers over the years across a number of properties, and I can honestly say Melle and Bec are the best I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, they have stood out because of their professionalism, communication, honesty, and genuine care. They don’t just manage properties — they take ownership, think ahead, and treat every property as if it was their own. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and their ability to make property ownership feel easy. They are proactive, responsive, organised, and always keep me informed. I have never had to chase them for updates or wonder what is happening — they are always one step ahead. Beyond their exceptional skills, they are simply great people to deal with. They are approachable, trustworthy, and always willing to go the extra mile for both owners and tenants. After years of experience with different property managers, I can confidently say that finding Melle and Bec has been a game changer. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team that genuinely cares and delivers an outstanding level of service. Thank you both for everything you do — your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated.

We had an excellent experience with Saltwater. Melle was always incredibly quick to respond to our emails, no matter the time of day, and always had such a positive and helpful attitude. She made everything much easier by keeping us informed, answering all of our questions promptly, and genuinely caring about helping us. We really appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Thank you so much for all your support. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive, reliable, and caring real estate agent.

We have just taken over a property that is managed by Saltwater, our transition into the property has been seamless and Melle has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we have everything we need. Any questions we have, Melle has answered promptly and we are looking forward to having Melle as our property manager knowing we will be well looked after !!

I’ve had a great experience with Melle our property manager. She is consistently caring, approachable, and highly professional in everything she does. Communication is always clear and timely, and she genuinely takes the time to listen and address any concerns. It’s obvious she cares about both the property and the people living in it, which makes a huge difference. I really appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate property manager.

Best real estate on the coast. Mel is fantastic. Always punctual, easy to talk to and great at what she does. Would always recommend
