Rent360 have been looking after all my properties for over 5 years now which are spread out from the southern Gold Coast to Brisbane. I have had the same property manager the whole time and can't recommend them highly enough. I have recommended them to all my family and friends and will continue to do so. The best thing about them is they answer their phones and respond to my emails promptly. This is a big thing for me. When I was with another agency, I got sick of always chasing my property manager.

Couldn't be happier with Donna, Brett and the team. Super professional and they actually work for you as an investor to get the best returns and best result. I feel like they actually have my back. Their online portal is amazing and to be honest in about 2 months these guys have compelling blown away any competition in the property market space. Actually there is no competition! Rent360 definitely has exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use their services across my property portfolio! Chaucer and Rebecca in NSW have been exceptional. Unlike the general property management service where property managers will aim for a lower rent for your property just to get it over and done with, this team goes above and beyond and tries to secure the highest possible rent with the best tenants! I was shocked at the rent I was able to receive with their services to what I had thought the rent was; looking at similar rental comparisons with the same property characteristics. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone 🙂

I’ve recently transferred over my portfolio to rent360 and they have been an absolute breath of fresh air. My previous PM provided me with poor service, with communication being the main factor to my departure. My previous PM made the transfer a very difficult task for rent360 but they handled the situation professionally and in a swiftly manner. They’re very responsive and I can already see a great relationship building between us. Thank you Brett, Tania and Trudy, if only I could’ve give you guys 10 stars haha.

They are all very friendly, very helpful and quick to respond. Brett has been amazing from the word go. Trudy (my property manager) has been absolutely delightful to deal with, she treats my property as her own, i love her work. They’ve been great! Having just moved back to Australia after years aboard we needed a little more information about how rental payments and bills work than your ordinary tenant might. Rent 360 were happy to help us and always responded to any questions on the same day! They even replaced broken appliances from the previous tenants very quickly without so much as a question. Referencing was a piece of cake, we had it all signed and sorted in 24 hours. It’s always a worry working with estate agents you don’t know but there were no skeletons in the closet with these guys. Highly recommend.

My experience with Rent360 and Tania has been nothing short of terrific!! Tania has been looking after my investment property and it's been such a pleasant and stress-free experience. From the day of settlement, Tania was able to fix numerous issues left behind by the previous property management. She went above and beyond to make sure everything (from finding new tenants to resolving outstanding problems) was in perfect order. Tania treated the property as her own. I could not thank her enough for the effort and time she spent, sometimes outside of normal work hours, to ensure everything was up to her high standard. Always prompt to reply and available to answer any of my questions or concerns. Professional. Honest. Reliable.
