We’ve had a very positive experience with Regional Strata Management, particularly Julie Sharp who manages our commercial unit. Julie has consistently gone above and beyond to assist us, especially recently in helping secure a fair and affordable insurance outcome during what was quite a stressful process. She has always been professional, approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to help. Her communication has been excellent and we’ve really appreciated the time and effort she has put into supporting both us and the committee to find practical solutions. It’s rare to come across someone so proactive and dedicated in strata management. Highly recommended.
