Integrity Strata

Integrity strata have been the strata management agent for my townhouse in Kiama, and they have been since I bought the property in 2018. I have always found their service to be of a high quality - from the running of the AGM's, integrity and provision of financial documents, use of their management portal and email and phone communications. Jessica Todd as our current agent recently oversaw the procurement and delivery of external painting works at the complex, which I personally could not be happier with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a professional and effective strata management agent.
