Discusting lack of Real Honest and Courtesy of returning calls. Reception team.seemed lovely. PROPERTY RENTAL Manager named Leanne never returned calls. Lied obviously about my application process and I was given.miss direction for over 3 weeks since applying for a business useage property. All I got was awaiting the owner approval and nothing for over 2 weeks following that from her. No Return of my calls. RUDE JUST RUDE. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.and energy. Not being honest or returning my calls and I left plenty of messages with reception. . Seriously if this is how you do business I dont want to give you my business. CANT BE HONEST.. PERSONALLY JUDGING, ACTING LIKE GOD WITH LANDLORDS PROPERTIES, NOT RESPECTING APPLICANTS TIME & HONESTY, TERRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS AND MISSLEADING INFORMATION. DISHONEST!!

Realway Hervey Bay mismanaged my rental property for 4 years. In the last year I had to remind the agent that the lease was ending. On final inspection I found multiple areas of natural wear and tear which was reported by the tenant but never passed on and other damage done by tenant which was also not passed on. I have given the go ahead on repair jobs that were never completed including a electrical wiring job that I noticed 3 years after approving. Agent said many of the jobs were not reported. Have seen the correspondence showing the reports. Tenants let a they felt the place was falling apart. And it was. Communication at the end was to put all onus and blame on me by the agent with no responsibility taken for completing thorough inspections . In 2 years I had clear inspections (no damage). On inspecting myself - rotten and collapsed deck, blown light switched, cracked light switches, broken shower heads, faulty fans, holes in wall, green swimming pool (paid through agent to have full service) , agent has electrician through for oven and lights - neither faulty. Just loosened wires at the board. Gardens in atrocious condition. And bond returned. Do not recommend to manage

Realway, simply the best Real Estate I've ever rented through ☆ I have a small dog and they took so much care with her during inspections. If it was someone new coming through they would make sure they new her name. Leanne is one of the nicest, down to earth Real Estate agents I've met. Renting or buying I would recommend Leanne and the team anyday ☆

Easy to communicate and having reasonable discussions with the landlord and tenants . Our beautiful property manager Janette is extraordinary.
