It’s disappointing that they continue to ignore the notice on my letterbox requesting no unaddressed mail. Despite repeatedly receiving ads, and even after phoning to ask them to do better, my request hasn’t been respected. If they can’t follow a simple letterbox instruction, why would I trust them with something as important as selling my property?

Ferry did an excellent job helping me to sell my property. . Ferry kept me posted the whole time & suggested different ideas & strategies when the property had stayed in the market for longer than expected. He used different tatics to attract potential buyers to view & make offers to the properties. Ferry was always pragmatic & he planned inspections in a way that the tenant wouldn't leave due to too much disruption. He worked hard of potential buyer to make the best offer they would. Ferry certainly worked hard & did an excellent job closing the deal & I'm very please with the outcome.

We strongly advise against renting out your property through this company. The condition of the property was very poor in terms of cleanliness. Many issues needed to be fixed, and even after a month they still have not been resolved. As tenants, we experienced absolutely disappointing service.
