I have rented through Horden Properties for more than a decade, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Maintenance requests were handled without fuss, and the folks who work there have always been polite and respectful. Kate, Lisa, Wendy in particular are a pleasure to speak with. If you're looking to rent an apartment in Sydney then I can't recommend them highly enough.

Moved into the property with multiple issues that needed repairing from the beginning, and unfortunately many of these problems were never properly resolved. Maintenance requests were handled extremely slowly, and communication from the agency was consistently poor. One of the agents (who has since left the company) replied very slowly and often selectively ignored messages. The only time they responded quickly was when money was involved, especially rent payments or charges. It really felt like tenant concerns were not taken seriously unless it affected their income. Overall, the agency did not seem to genuinely care about tenants or their living experience. Dealing with them was frustrating and stressful, and I would strongly recommend future tenants consider other agencies before signing.
