I’ve rented through Ray White Hervey Bay for close to two years and have found the property management team to be professional, fair and easy to deal with throughout the tenancy. From a tenant’s perspective, the things that stand out are clear communication, practical handling of routine matters, and a reasonable approach when issues come up. Nicole has been particularly good to deal with: responsive, direct and fair, including around inspection follow-up, lease discussions, rent/payment administration, and distinguishing genuine wear and tear from tenant responsibility. The broader team has also kept me informed about property access, maintenance notices and works at the property. For landlords considering who should manage their rental property, I think the way an agency communicates with tenants is a good indicator of how well they will look after the property overall. My experience has been that Ray White Hervey Bay manage things in an organised, respectful and balanced way, making the tenancy smooth while still protecting the owner’s interests.
