A very disgusting and vial interaction, they rolled their eyes at my 80 year old grandparents (one of which has dementia) when greeting them and were unnecessarily passive towards us. Awful attitude and also were snickering about us when we made comment to a women shouting highly inappropriate remarks that were extremely offensive and left my family in tears. Was honestly shocked at this so called professionalism. Zero stars is more appropriate but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest.

Stress free and easy sale from interstate. Scott originally sold my Mum and Dad's house to them in 2012. It's great to see someone still in real estate who has gone through dips in the market and has a wide range of experience, so this current dip didn't phase him. I relied on Scott completely to sell Mum's place while I was interstate. He took care of open days, presenting the house and gave me great feedback after open homes. He didn't charge any marketing yet it was absolutely top notch with drone footage and great photos, along with presence on realestate.com and domain.com. My brother and I, as power of attorney (POA) for Mum, were really happy with Scott and would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Hervey Bay. He was great at picking genuine buyers that were qualified and could see when other were not. He made the entire process seamless. We also found him to be intuitive and pro-active, Scott really listened and had the contract set out properly and in the right names for POA. Scott gave us a quick and easy sale, and when I had any questions was very happy to answer them.
