The property Manager, Madi, has been the biggest help and the most kind. Providing me with necessary information for a good candidate and answering any questions I had! Hopefully the property I get is through Ray White with Madi as the manager!

I would not recommend Ray White if you value clear communication and a stress-free experience. Everything progressed smoothly at the beginning. However, on the day of the bond clean, issues arose. The property was furnished, which proved too demanding for the cleaners organised by Ray White. The inspection had been completed only two days earlier, and the cleaning quote had already been agreed upon after discussions spanning two months. On the day itself, the cleaner stated it would take half an hour to clean a toaster and another half an hour for an air fryer, then increased the quote by an additional $400. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the cleaner left. This occurred while I was travelling to Brisbane. In contrast, one call to Explore Property Group resolved the matter efficiently. They collected the keys that same afternoon, arranged a bond clean for nearly half the price, and had the fully furnished property rented within two weeks.
