We entrusted Ray White to manage our property based on all the glowing reviews on here. It turned out to be the biggest disappointment and got us into financial loss. Our property was managed by the senior property manager Jessica Siegel. She was just all talk. She didn't issue notice of breach when tenants didn't pay. She left Ray White then Kate Skuja - our second manager just sent us an email to let us know that they can no longer manage our property without any explanation. We contacted Warren the principal and Kate to find out where we are at with the tenants and rent. We weren't getting any rent for 4 weeks. No one had any answers and we kept getting "we will find out and get back to you". We eventually had to contact Ray White QLD office to find out what's going on, by then we had 6 weeks rent loss and tenants abandoned our property.
