WORST AGENCY in the whole of Australia! Very disappointing experience with Natasha and Heidi. My full bond was claimed before I had legally vacated the property, and an outgoing inspection was carried out before vacant possession took effect under the Tribunal’s order. Despite repeated requests, I was not promptly provided with proper invoices or quotations supporting the amounts claimed. The handling of the matter felt premature, poorly explained and unnecessarily stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to tenants. Just dodgy misconduct!
