We are so grateful we employed Josie to sell our block of land. She was very committed, incredibly efficient in her role, certainly reliable and very honest. Josie’s professionalism was outstanding as was her friendly and pleasant approach. We would highly recommend Josie to anyone selling/buying property.
Josie recently facilitated the sale of our existing house and purchase of our new home. From first contact her excellent communication and breadth of knowledge was on show. She helped us navigate our first sale, took the time to ensure we were comfortable, and made the experience easy. We couldn’t be happier with the outcomes we achieved, and would strongly recommend engaging her to any purchaser or seller, 10/10. Thanks Josie & PH
Brad and Chevez were outstanding throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made everything seamless from start to finish. They were always approachable, honest, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome possible. Brad and Chevez went above and beyond to keep us informed, answered every question, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and well managed. Their knowledge of the market and dedication to their clients truly sets them apart. I couldn’t recommend Brad Hinton and Chevez Evans highly enough to anyone looking for trustworthy, hardworking, and professional real estate agents. An absolute pleasure to work with.
Brad was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of helping my mum and I secure our new home. He was professional, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated all of his support and would highly recommend him!
Nicole has been managing our three properties in Eaglehawk, Bendigo, and has been exceptional throughout. She is proactive, professional, and acts as a great bridge between tenants and landlords with clear and regular communication. She provides valuable property improvement suggestions and was very prompt in assessing tenant affordability to achieve the best outcome for both tenants and landlords. We highly recommend Nicole for her reliability and dedication as a property manager.
