Couldn’t recommend Hutton Property Partners more. Lena is the kindest real estate agent I have met in my life and the service is phenomenal!
We have rented through Hutton Property Partners for nearly 2 years now. Lena is a warm, friendly professional who treats us with the utmost respect. From paying rent and reporting maintenance issues, everything is hassle free and a breath of fresh air.
Yolena is so lovely - friendly, professional and has her clients’ best interests at heart. I can highly recommend her!
I’ve had an excellent experience renting through Hutton property partners. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their tenants. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and communication has always been clear and respectful. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was running smoothly. It made renting feel easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property manager.
Ive had great experience with Hutton Property — Yolena has been fantastic from start to finish! She supported me even before the property was rented, including during the purchasing process, and offered practical advice along the way. She also secured a great tenant and handled everything seamlessly. If only everything in property was this easy! Highly recommend!
Cannot recommend Yolena more highly. Over many years she has been both our rental agent and more recently our selling agent. She always goes above and beyond. We have had a number of properties over the years in Geelong and Melbourne as well as in Bendigo and we can honestly say she has, by far, been the best rental manager we have ever dealt with! She always made sure we were well informed and up to date with everything; we have even had tenants tell us how wonderful she is! Nothing is too much trouble for her but most importantly she is extremely trustworthy? Thanks to Yolena we have never had any issues with tenants and she made the process of selling of our properties very easy. She is a gem! Chris & Kaye
Am loving my experience with Yolena, she is really caring and was so supportive during the buying process. She was extremely fair and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. Thanks so much I’m so happy with my purchase and look forward to working with you to manage the property.
