Incompetent property managers - have contacted 3 times regarding their tenants dogs yapping constantly and they advise that they can do nothing... they obviously don't know the law and how to enforce it... Under Queensland tenancy laws, tenants must respect their neighbors' reasonable peace, comfort, and privacy. Pet Agreements: a standard tenancy agreement or special pet approval terms state that pets must not cause a nuisance, excessive noise is a direct breach of those rules. Shouldn't the pet agreement clause be standard and enforceable Why are you not issuing a breach notuce requiring them to fix the noise issue or risk further action?

Excellent communication from start of putting on market right through too settlement . Michael,Grace and Tayla were nothing but awesome through the whole process of selling. They handled everything professionally and not once did we feel uncomfortable with any aspect of their work, from marketing, negotiating the best price for our property to settling. They even answered phone calls after hours when we had a question.
