Main agent (owner of agency) sold us a block of land a while ago, assuring us the title was about to be released. Well over 12 months later.. title was released. Recently had another unfortunate interaction with the same agent, reinforcing that this agent is not one I would ever recommend.

I can recommend Maher Real Estate with out reserve. I have sold several properties through Maher real estate. Tom's level of integrity and professionalism are the best I have come across in the course of 9 home sales here and abroad. Tom is always on time for his for appointments. He is a very good listener, and implements what you need and want done very well. He and his staff do an excellent job of keeping you up dated on all that is going on; they are a great clearing house between all parties involved in the transaction. Richard
