Ray White Bendigo

I’ve been renting through Ray White for more than five years across two different cities, and every property manager I’ve dealt with has been fantastic. On several occasions, they’ve gone above and beyond to help us through some tricky situations. A special mention to Isabella Pearce, who helped me find a new property quickly when the home I was renting was being sold, and later made the process of moving out incredibly smooth when the owners decided to move back in. Thank you to Isabella and the wider Ray White team for the wonderful work you do and for making renting a much easier and more positive experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with them. The communication and overall customer service were very poor. I had arranged my time around a scheduled inspection and travelled for more than two hours, only to be informed at the last minute that the property had already been sold. I completely understand that properties can sell quickly, but prospective clients should be notified as soon as possible rather than being left to waste their time travelling such a long distance. What made the experience even worse was that, when calling them about the situation. The staff member I spoke with over the phone was rude and, in my experience, very unprofessional. A professional real estate agency should value clear communication, courtesy and respect for people's time. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of these qualities. Very disappointing service.

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Madison at ray white so far, communication has been fantastic and customer service is great, Madison has made securing my rental very easy and stress free. I look forward to working with her in the future.

I had a fantastic experience working with Leasing Agent Daragh Browne. From the beginning of the leasing process through to securing tenants for my property, Daragh was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was excellent, and he made the entire process smooth and stress free. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area, was always kind and responsive, and was happy to answer any questions I had. It was a pleasure working with him, and I really appreciated his dedication and support. I would highly recommend Daragh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and approachable leasing agent.

The team at Ray White Bendigo were a massive help in vetting & securing the right tennants for my investment property in Bendigo. Kate & Madison are great with communication and explaining the leasing process for first timers. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase in the area.

My experience with Ray White Bendigo while applying for a rental was easy and a high standard service thanks to the seamless way the process was handled. Helpful agents in the team and huge shout out to Darragh for his guidance, quick action and advise!

Daragh was absolutely amazing! He helped us find a home in the shortest time possible, perfectly close to my workplace. He is highly professional, polite, and followed up at all hours to support us. Highly recommend him! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
