We were quite disappointed with the level of communication throughout our experience, from our first Open Home right through to collecting the keys to our first home. Unfortunately, we found ourselves having to regularly follow up to get updates and information, calls and messages were often not returned. While the “SOLD” sticker was put up promptly before the 30-day settlement, it remained at the front of our property for over six weeks after settlement. In the end, we removed it ourselves. On the day we collected the keys, the agent mentioned he would visit that afternoon for a final handover. It’s now been seven weeks, and we haven’t seen or heard from him since, even considering we tried to reach out about the sign. We would not be recommending this agent to others looking to sell their home, and if you’re buying with them – best wishes!
