Having him as a agent is a game changer! We met Roger when we bought a property several years ago as a buyer, got very impressed by how he worked so well as a middle person. Our property has been looked after by Roger's agent since then - they do amazing job on this too. We needed to sell our property so we asked Roger to help us out and guess what he just smashed it. Honestly, it wasn't easy due to a couple of houses involved etc, but he came up with a brilliant idea which would work best for both seller and buyer.
