Janelle Stevens Property

You won't find yourself a better agent in Bendigo. We purchased our first property from Mitch 5 years ago, and he was so good in that process we've since used him to sell that property and our next two properties. 2 of these times he was able to sell off-market, well above what we expected, and ran a successful campaign on another incredibly difficult/unique property. Throughout the entire process each time Mitch was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, confident, realistic and on the ball with regular check-ins and updates. Made the entire process each time incredibly easy, stress-free and quick! Would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell in Bendigo. We've also had Jodi as a property manager for a property we were renting. The best of the best. Prompt to respond to issues or complaints, regular, consistent communication, incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything you'd hope for but generally don't expect to get in a property manager!

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Jodi. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She was always professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about our needs every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Mitch at Janelle Stevens Property was amazing! He helped us in selling our first home, our initial meeting he went over all our options and really took the time to explain all avenues of what's involved with selling a property which really stood out to us! His communication and professionalism was of a very high standard. He kept us up to date all throughout the process and made it a really stress free experience! Would highly recommend Mitch to anyone in the Bendigo area! Truly grateful!

I rented in Bendigo for the last 5 years and I chose to only ever dealt with Janelle Stevens Property. My realtor, Jodi, was nothing short of amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, was very prompt in every regard and made sure I was well looked after. I highly recommend Jodi and the rest of the team at Janelle Stevens for any of your real estate needs!

Highly recommend Janelle Stevens Property. Their Communication is exceptional, anytime we ran into a pickle someone was there to help out immediately. Overall a beautiful team and company. We couldn’t say one bad word.

Recently purchased an off market investment property through Janelle and her team and was so impressed throughout the purchasing process that I decided to keep them on as property managers going forward. Communication is always timely and the whole team are happy to help in anyway way possible with any questions and situations that may arise. Definitely recommend for all property needs in Bendigo.
