Honey Homes Wagga Wagga

Hi, we stayed at Peter’s Cottage Wagga Wagga for 5nights. The house was absolutely beautiful attention to detail was lovely. So close to CBD 👍🏼 the best thing was the fire 🔥 place added such a beautiful ambiance. Never been to Wagga-Wagga was quite amazed at how big the town is. Enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Cottage Wagga Wagga 🥂 Viv & Dave . :)

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with BNB Made Easy. The service felt very impersonal, and communication was poor. There were multiple occasions where I questioned extra charges that were never clearly explained, and overall the cost breakdown lacked transparency. When I took the property back, several items were missing, guests had caused damage, and I was left with a $3.5k gas bill and $2k electricity bill from recent stays — which completely wiped out any income. I genuinely would have earned more renting the home out normally, without the hassle of supplying and replacing everything. On top of that, I had brand new lawns and well kept and when the keys were returned, the yard was in terrible condition with weeds out of control throughout the property and the front lawn overgrown. I was never notified at any point that the place had been left like this. As a Guest I wouldn't like staying at a place looking like it did. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far from what I was expecting in terms of property management and care. Apart from having a clean inside I wouldn't recommend BNB made easy to anyone.
