very poor communication hard to get ahold off never gets back to you about anything very hard to get them to repair stuff as i've had my daughter continuously cutting herself on the floor boards for 6 months wont fix my heater list can go on and on

Very disappointed with slow progress and no communication or update, especially with quotes for vital ceiling insulation for freezing winter. I personally acquired a quote from professionals, as well as costing from hardware store, the day following strata meeting, with ease. Very poor service and no presence or maintenance/cleaning on site for a seemingly excessive cost of $80 a week. Make the archaic housing commission look efficient.
