Where do I even start, hayeswinckle geelong are by far and beyond the elite standard in my opinion, Taynika is an absolute star and consistently exceeds expectations proving time again how amazing she really is. My family is forever grateful 🙏

Dejana is so lovely and helpful. We recently engaged with Dejana for looking for a new rental property as our current owner is selling where we live. Dejana has been so helpful and been a pleasure to work with in our search to find a new place to call home. Thank you so much Dejana. Much appreciated. Keep up the amazing work.

Hayeswinckle is great. Taynika was professional, responsive and easy to deal with throughout our tenancy. Communication was always clear, and she responded to our enquiries promptly. The entire process was handled smoothly from start to finish. We appreciate her assistance and would be happy to recommend her as a property manager.

I attended the inspection on 6/6/26, and Karissa was very patient and helpful throughout the process. She assisted me with registering and sending through the application, making everything easy to understand and complete. I appreciated her support and professionalism.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maddie and would highly recommend her. She is proactive, organised, and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to everything she does. Maddie communicates clearly, follows through, and consistently delivers — making her a reliable and trusted professional to work with.

My property manager is Jye Bailey at Hayeswinckle Geelong He's so professional, always polite & very quick to get any issues or problems resolved. Jye Bailey is the BEST property manager I have ever had. A true legend & an asset to the Hayeswinckle Geelong team 😊 Well done Jye...keep up the great work

My partner and I were in desperate need of a property due to our children’s schooling situation. After walking into the Geelong office, Dejana greeted us with such a positive and helpful attitude and worked tooth and nail to help us find a property. We applied that same day and were approved that day as well. We cannot recommend her highly enough. It’s amazing to see there are still people who genuinely care about others’ circumstances and show real empathy. Such an amazing outcome — thank you again, Dejana!
