We have been extremely happy with the service provided by Phoebe at Harcourts Ignite. When we purchased our investment property, we inherited an existing tenancy, and Phoebe made the transition seamless for both us and the tenant. She is always approachable, responsive, and genuinely takes the time to assist us, even when we drop into the office unexpectedly. Phoebe follows up on tasks promptly, communicates clearly, and works hard to achieve positive outcomes for both owners and tenants. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive communication give us great confidence that our investment property is being well managed.

There is a definite culture problem at this agency where they do not adhere to their own Landlord Guide, define damage as normal wear and tear, and take no responsibility in returning your investment property to you in the same condition as it was given to them. In our case, they refused to deduct money from the bond for a cleaner at the end of a break lease and denied us the ‘break lease’ fee that we were legally entitled to. Confidentiality and privacy were also broken when they disclosed information to the tenants that we had given them, that in turn resulted in a confrontation when the tenants returned to the property post vacate date. Penny Key (incompetent leasing manager) and the other staff’s moto is to deflect and/or deny, as they will no doubt repeat in response to this review. If you don’t want to experience the same appalling lack of ethics and integrity, avoid Harcourts Ignite at all costs.
