Stay away from Four Walls if you are an investor looking to rent out your property. Same as if one is a tenant, very poor communication from Casey Scott. I tried calling about a rental which I had taken the effort to apply for over the weekend and was told it is only 2 days on the market so I waited and nothing happened. I emailed still no response. I visited their office in person and was advised Casey was not in. I followed up with an email to post an online review only then she would bother to respond saying there are many applicants for rental. I doubt she presented me to the owner in the first place.

Easy to communicate . Hallie Kuorikoski provided excellent service from start to finish. She was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. If we had a chicken coop and a dog kennel to rent, we wouldn’t use this real estate business. We left them a number of years ago and best thing we ever did. They treated us as landlords and our properties with contempt and accepted no respond for their failures. Our current real estate agent took two years to unwind the issues they left us with.

I rented for over 30years and Id give four walls a 0 if I could. Disgraceful conduct from Four Walls Realty. Our bond has been withheld/ claimed by our property manager S.H (for almost a year now) on baseless and inflated claims, including issues linked to poor/no landlord property maintenance. We were directed to use their preferred cleaner, then blamed for the result and made to repeatedly return. I made multiple attempts to discuss this and requested to speak with managers, due to my property managers knowledge gaps in policies and procedures. Aimee also refused my calls and emailed me right back stating my conflict resolution options were limited to my property manager. We were forced to escalate to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal — which ruled in our favour. Four Walls Realty failed to attend the hearings. They have now ignored a lawful order to repay almost $3000, with the due date passed and still no communication. Being taken to tribunal, losing, not showing up, taking no accountability, refusing to engage with us and still not paying says everything you need to know. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Exceptional Service. Tony was approachable and communicative the entire way through the process of purchasing my first property. He was patient, answered all questions and never too busy to help along the way. I felt when dealing with Tony that it was more than just a business transaction. Tony is what more real estate agents should aspire to be particularly in this day and age with rising prices. Hopefully i run into Tony for future property requests as i grow my investment profile.
