Awful experience trying to get information from Michelle Wegener about a home. I went to the open house almost a month ago and have been trying to follow up since. My partner called her multiple times with no response, and when she finally did call back once, she didn't leave a voicemail. When I reached out, I had to double-text just to get a reply. She then tried to call me and did not leave a voicemail. I explained I couldn't always take phone calls and asked if we could communicate by text; she completely ignored that and only responded: "I shall await your call". I've since asked a simple question about whether the property is still available and haven't heard back at all. If you're someone who can't always answer calls during the day, be prepared to be ignored. Very poor communication for someone whose job is literally to communicate with buyers. If I were a seller, I'd be livid to know my agent was being this rude and unresponsive to genuinely interested buyers. It makes me wonder how many people have just given up and moved on.
