I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to other property investors. During the 12 months I was a client, I dealt with approximately 4–5 different property managers, which I found disruptive and frustrating. I was dissatisfied with the level of service, communication, and follow-up I received. I ultimately escalated my concerns to senior management and the company’s director, but I did not see the improvements or outcomes I was hoping for. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not use their services again. Response to c21 - My experience was extremely disappointing. My property remained vacant for approximately seven months. During that period, I found that I had to personally arrange many of the necessary repairs by contacting tradespeople myself, despite paying for professional property management services. I have sought a clear explanation of how the significant losses arose but have not received the level of transparency I expected. This review reflects my personal experience as a landlord. Others may have had a different experience, but unfortunately mine fell well short of my expectations. I would not use this agency again.

Emailed around several times, messaged the number and rang 3 times with no answer about a rental property given no reply, no answer and then missed out on the opportunity to book an inspection time and apply.
